1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By booking a Technical Concierge Intake, The Workspace Curator, or The Workflow Refresh (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and CABLED.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

CABLED. provides premium technical infrastructure and aesthetic consulting specializing in non-structural cable organization and equipment setup.

  • The Workspace Curator: A comprehensive technical overhaul. Baseline organization materials (Velcro, cable trays, and sleeves) are included in the total service cost.

  • The Workflow Refresh: A targeted visual and functional edit. This is a labor-only service; no materials are included.

  • AV Policy: Services do not include AV installation (mounting TVs, speakers, or drilling/running wiring through walls). However, previously installed AV wires can be included in the organization process.

  • Exclusions: We do not perform “low-voltage installation,” structural drilling, or labeling services.

3. PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

We maintain a strict schedule to ensure “Concierge” level service.

  • Deposit: In accordance with California BPC § 7159.5, a downpayment of 10% of the total project cost is required to secure your booking.

  • Non-Refundable Policy: The 10% deposit is non-refundable for any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

  • Taxes: All applicable California sales taxes are included in the listed service cost.

  • Final Payment: The remaining 90% balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.

  • California “Right to Cancel”: For contracts signed off-site, you have the right to a full refund if canceled within three (3) business days (5 days for seniors 65+), provided the request falls outside the 24-hour non-refundable window.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure a successful session, the client must:

  • Pets/Animals: For the safety of our organizers and your pets, clients must put all animals away in a separate room or crate for the duration of the service.

  • Access: Provide safe access to the service location and ensure an authorized adult is present.

  • Equipment: Ensure all electronic equipment (computers, monitors, etc.) is in working order prior to the session.

  • Credentials: Disclose necessary passwords or network credentials for technical configuration.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The “CABLED.” name, logo, and the proprietary “Curator” and “Refresh” workflows are the intellectual property of CABLED. Resale or redistribution of our specific technical “Blueprints” is prohibited.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CABLED. is not liable for:

  • Data loss (a full backup is strongly recommended prior to service).

  • Pre-existing hardware failures, ISP outages, or connection loss caused by moving aged/brittle cables.

  • Incidental damages arising from the use of configured systems. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service session.

7. SERVICE AREA & GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.
